“Extremely helpful, go above and be6ond to assist.Was looking for lawn mower that wouldn't break the bank, with locations like homedepot and Lowes going to zero turn. I didn't need that. I just needed a regular lawn mower for basic mowing and mini trailer pulling.You pay of course more if you go the full length of the contract and even making in the X months same as cash you pay a little more for their work. Same as a consultant charging you vs going to thr manufacture and buying direct. You also pay for benefit that you wouldn't have with manufacturer such as deck breaks. Call Aaron's and they either fix or replace while in contract. (You have to do basic care like oil change, airing up tires/replace when flat.While some people have great credit and can buy on credit cards to purchase a 2 to 4k mower. Some don't which is where a place like arrons comes in.”

They are helpful, especially since they’re always “understaffed” (and by that, I mean they only have about 3 employees, these customers often have very lengthy requests, and the store fills up quickly).
