“Located in the Outlet Mall in Gonzalez.Customer service made the difference at this location. Before I made it to the back of the store, I was greeted by at least 4 employees and asked if I need any help. ??This location was clean clean and everything was organized. They had 5-6 people working the floor and all of them stayed busy helping customers, cleaning, and organizing. They kept the line moving at checkout. Very impressed with my experience. I will be visiting again ❤”

Very attentive staff! Be sure to check out the Sale rack, very conveniently located at the front of the store. A sales clerk said they get new pieces in Daily. They offer the full wardrobe - clothing, shoes, And accessories!”
“⭐️ I went to get a wallet from this store and asked the front desk rep for a random thought on a bag. The bag was missing an item on it and she gave me a bonus discount on top of another discount. I do not know this lady but she was very helpful and nice. She took her time out to help me all the way. Her name was Cyntrell.”
“I found this location to be well stocked, well organized and clean. The employees were friendly. I came with a friend, and they found plenty of good things they bought. I always have found the Banana Republic clothing to be well put together and durable. I didn't find anything that suited me, but there was a lot. Prices seemed reasonable. Parking lot is huge.”
“I found the employees to be friendly here. There was a wide selection of clothing. I do like the Gap, and the brand. Everything is clean and well organized. This is located in the Outlet Mall, which is several strip malls around a large parking lot. The fitting rooms were clean and well maintained. I am always happy to come into a Gap. I love their clothing as it is durable and well made. Prices are very reasonable.”

My local coach outlets didn't have the item I was looking for so I was prompted by one of their sales associates to call other stores that she found had what I needed and do a pay-by link. This store was very helpful and was diligent in helping me get what I needed. “It's okay. It's a trendy place for young girls that's filled with inexpensively made clothing. Good for a few wears, but not really wardrobe building staples. But if you are thin and need a cute outfit for a one time event, you might find something here.”
“They got good discounts going on right now which doesn't mean "cheap". Kind but reduced in number staff. If you visit the store you know that for sure you will find good quality jeans that will last you for a long time. This is our "go to" store to get our Levi's every time.”
