“Located in the Outlet Mall in Gonzalez.Customer service made the difference at this location. Before I made it to the back of the store, I was greeted by at least 4 employees and asked if I need any help. ??This location was clean clean and everything was organized. They had 5-6 people working the floor and all of them stayed busy helping customers, cleaning, and organizing. They kept the line moving at checkout. Very impressed with my experience. I will be visiting again ❤”

This is located in the Outlet Mall, which is several strip malls around a large parking lot. The fitting rooms were clean and well maintained. I am always happy to come into a Gap. They are always working diligently at our 3 local stores.I want to speak to customers that come through on weekends (particularly Friday through Sunday)…“Have more respect for people that work so hard to stock your favorite store!!!”I came into my closest store and was shocked to see the condition of it on the Wednesday after Halloween (Monday).I went back for a few things on Friday morning and it was much better. The employees were pulling old stock and Halloween out to start putting up Christmas.The shambles the stores are in is the same after the weekends no matter if there was a holiday.”
