We purchased two power reclining sofas, one of which was a two seater with a console. We were not happy with the two seater as the backs did not align and one of the backs sloped. Purchased a sectional a few years ago from here. Unfortunately needed a few cushion replacements. Vida was super nice and very helpful! She found my paperwork, ordered them, and is getting them shipped straight to my house! AND was able to get them covered under warranty!!!! Thank you!!!!!
