Clearly making a quick decision on a mattress isn’t easy and Mark stayed late with us until we could make a final decision. The whole time he continued to ask us questions and discussed options to make sure we got the mattress we needed. We were satisfied with the mattress we selected, however, I can say MARK is the reason we bought from Mattress Firm.
