Made the same comment on Yelp. Had a great experience at Lucky with Sam and my new purchase. He communicated all the way and had the vehicle ready for me to test drive after my hour trip after 5. He had the vehicle as advertised and I drove my new to me beautiful Eddie Bauer Expedition home that evening! Great experience...
