“Mike Correal is the absolute BEST Professional EVER! He went out of his way to find my archived sales slip that I needed for an erroneous charge I had from the notoriously horrible Dallas NTTA. Mike was so kind and friendly, and took care of everything I needed within 30 or less minutes! It was such a pleasure doing business with him when I sold my car to Carmax and then again when I needed help today! Even though I now live in TX, I would literally go out of my way to do business with this particular Shreveport location just to do business with him!
