I needed my ears pierced...again. I am not a Merle Norman type. It is obvious. But the young lady treated me like I was a valuable repeat customer. She was professional, kind & friendly to me.

Super rude woman working there. We arrived 10 min before closing and was completely put out by us being in the store. I get that is Fri night but no need to be rude. We will not be shopping there in the future.
