The rep Leslie was very nice but the condition she’s working in is awful. She’s working with no A/C & it’s very hot! Hope you all fix that for her soon!

If I could give it 2 more stars I would, Miranda served us, very efficient in her work and very kind to assist us. We had never had such friendly treatment when changing lines.
