“I called in late Thursday afternoon looking for a battery, and I spoke to Cindy. She was very courteous and helpful, and walked me thru several options, and we settled on one that she had in stock. I ran over to pick it up and found 3 well dressed employees, in their NAPA uniforms, eager to help me. I asked for Cindy, who arrived at the counter while I was still asking for her. She promptly got to work finishing the sale, the battery was already on the counter, and explaining the benefits of the battery that I purchased. Now, even though they were about to close, they were not rushing me out the door. They were more concerned with my satisfaction. I noticed on the way out that the shelves were well stocked. “This store SAVED my trip!!! I drive a Kenworth 18 wheeler and blew a suspension airbag on I-55...I made it to a truckstop on US 61 and started looking for a new bag. Twas after 17:00 so everyone was closed, except NAPA. After cross referencing some part numbers and confirming in stock, they arranged for delivery to me after closing!! Talk about ABOVE and BEYOND!!!”
