“I'm writing this since this is the 1 yr anniversary of my trip to New Orleans. As we finished our stop at the Oak Alley Plantation, we were about to start the car and suddenly we noticed that the car had very less engine oil. It was Christmas eve (24th Dec 2021) and I was trying to search for auto repair shops nearby and there were none which was opened. Finally, we stumbled upon this place (at around 4.30pm) and the one of the mechanics said that they were about to close the place down. I requested and told him about this issue and he had helped us by pouring engine oil and gave me some solid advice about checking for engine oil periodically and speeding. I'll never forget this place in my life for their timely help. Thank you so much!”
“I called in late Thursday afternoon looking for a battery, and I spoke to Cindy. She was very courteous and helpful, and walked me thru several options, and we settled on one that she had in stock. I ran over to pick it up and found 3 well dressed employees, in their NAPA uniforms, eager to help me. I asked for Cindy, who arrived at the counter while I was still asking for her. She promptly got to work finishing the sale, the battery was already on the counter, and explaining the benefits of the battery that I purchased. Now, even though they were about to close, they were not rushing me out the door. They were more concerned with my satisfaction. I noticed on the way out that the shelves were well stocked. “Today I had the pleasure of being served by Mrs Toni and Mr Jaron. Mr Jaron sacrifice in the cold air to install my car battery and test my alternator. Just so helpful.Mrs Toni went above and beyond. She gave me a chair to sit in while I waited for Mr Jaron to return back from deliveries to install my car battery. Mrs Toni knowledge about car parts was so unbelievable. Them over 30 years ago she spoke of, I think she could be a mechanic. Customer Service at this store is astonishing. Give them a visit.”
