“Today I went in to get a phone repair on my iPhone 7+ and I asked the gentleman there how long it’s going to be until it gets fixed and he told me it’s only going to take about 15 minutes so I told him OK I’m going to go and pick up something from down the road I won’t be that long I got there parked my car and then he gives me a phone call letting me know that my phone is ready I went back and picked it up and it was working perfectly even better from before thank you mike for your help if you guys ever go to Dr. wireless make sure you ask for Mike”

“I still live in Connecticut. I showed my iPhone to several stores, including the Apple store here. They all said they had software problems and either couldn't do it or could replace the motherboard for almost the price of a mobile phone. Upon the advice of a friend, I shipped it to this store in Louisiana. My phone was restored in a short time, and at a very affordable price. I’m very pleased to work with them. They’re reliable and competent people. I would recommend it to everyone.”

Leaving the other store in Gonzales (waited 45 minutes over there because only one person working & to be told I need to go to an official store) I walked in here and at least there were multiple reps working. When I told them my issue, they said “I don’t know what she sent you here, that needs to be done by you online” I was very overwhelmed and about to have a panic attack, the ver nice rep Joy took me over to a table and she got it all done for me. She technically could have said it’s not her problem but she didn’t. THANK YOU JOY for helping my day start going in a better direction.
I wish I could rate a zero for AT&T though, I mean, everything is so complicated & more is being put on the consumer to do for themselves. What about the elderly or mentally challenged people?!? Sad!

“Just left the Prairieville Verizon store to get a new iPad. The general manager, Devin Stewart, is amazing. He could tell I was a little frustrated about a situation I had just left at the Gonzales Verizon location and acknowledged me.
He was helping customers, helping to guide a newer employee, who is also awesome- Jermaine, and managing phone calls as they came in.
This guy was the calmest manager. He didn’t miss a beat nor even seem stressed out.
He also helped me save a ton of money on my plan that I’ve had for over 20 years when nobody else has taken the time to look at. I hope this company treats him good & takes care of him because he’s a fantastic manager!”
