“I usually don't do reviews but I'm so mad right now. I was so excited to get this bed so I paid over 1,000 for it and it didn't come with tools or the instructions that I needed the delivery guy lied and told me that they were in the storage of the bed but it wasn't. So I called the store to see what the hell was going on and she told me to call the delivery people.They said they have to put it together to get the instructions. So why you lied and said it was in the storage bin. So now they want me to pay 100 for set up that should be free because they lied to me . I'm never shopping here again ????. Update I'm going to give it 4 stars because the manager came out of his way to put it together and make it right ????.”

She used her software to place the exact furniture into my space and had wonderful suggestions. The nicest incredibly knowledgeable people you can imagine. Never rushed me and always patient.
