“I needed my tires rotated along with an oil change. My tire pressure light was on and I let the service person know that my vehicle also reads the spare. Always before my spare tire has been checked and the light goes off. That was not the case this time. ? I felt the service was sub par. Both restrooms were not working. I was offered to use the portacan. No thanks. The waiting area was clean and there is a special room for people with children with toys and its own tv.”

“Andrew was such a life saver! I was traveling from New Orleans back to Arkansas and had a flat on the hwy! When I called he went and got my tire from the warehouse to ensure they would have it! I had to wait for someone to come get me and put my spare on I didn’t have a 4way so it delayed me getting to the shop! It was raining real bad and I was pushing it to get there by close! Andrew went above and beyond to wait for me and get me a new tire so I could get back home! Forever thankful for him! My review is a little late but ANDREW is THE BEST!”
“Brought my 2018 Ford F-150 in for transmission trouble after the Ford dealership told me I needed a new transmission. I called Powertrain for a second opinion and they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. PowerTrain was able to fix the issue, and it was exactly what they said it was.These guys are more knowledgeable, trustworthy, and more competent than any Ford dealership/ mechanic shop around this area in my opinion. Highly, highly recommend.”
