At this point all collision shops are backed up due to lack of workers, slow shipping of car parts, slow responses from 3rd party companies (such as insurance companies), etc. I needed a small part on my bumper replaced. Ms. Paula helped and took care of EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to make any calls to the insurance company or to the shop. She kept in contact with me and the insurance company and both worked very well to get my car in and out.I never had an experience where my car would go to the collision center and the dealership until now. Mrs. Paula booked everything and even made sure that my car was transported to the dealership that could see it the quickest. One dealership told her they couldn’t get to my car for a month. A MONTH! Of course due to lack of staff, but she called around and found one that took my car and it was done two days later.It was awesome! I highly recommend this place.”

“Mr Ronnie is so amazing! We had a tire blow out at 1 am in the morning. We were traveling back home from Bible study ( our church home is 1 hour and 30 mins away). After calling 14 different tow truck companies, stuck outside for over an hour on the side of the interstate, Mr Ronnie was the only person willing to come out and help us take off 3 stripped lug nuts and change our tire. He also check our check engine light to make sure we could make it home safely. He is soooo professional, reasonably priced, and an awesome communicator. He is also very timely. I have saved his info and plan on using his services again. He is rare gem and we are blessed to have been able to use his services.”
