“Great communication!! The driver was delayed, but they let me know well in advance and kept me updated until his arrival. It was dark when he made it, but the guy was a pro. He had my truck hooked up and off to the shop very quickly. He assured me that I didn’t need to follow him; I was worried, but everything was handled properly. I’m inclined to request their service if I need towing in the future.”
