“What an amazing experience! From the initial call through completion, everyone involved was so responsive and kind. Sanchez arrived within 30 minutes. It was raining, I couldn’t see well, and a median appeared. I realized something was wrong when I felt like I was in the air and realized I was driving completely over the median. (Seriously, there needs to be better lighting or at least paint the edges of the concrete yellow.) One tire immediately popped and another was hissing. Two bad tires on Government at 8:30 PM in sketchy weather is NOT a good time. Fortunately, Aalmost There was THERE for me. Sanchez offered to see if he could change one tire (took out the spare) and just add air to the one that was partially deflated (had stopped hissing). He quickly realized there was definitely a leak. So, the spare goes back in, and Sanchez proceeds to take amazing care of my vehicle, and even helped me get up in his tall truck. He was more than just polite—he was kind, went the extra mile, and was incredibly competent. He even gave me advice on how to handle things tomorrow, since there wasn’t a drop box (he offered to go look for me). Seriously, if this is how they run their business, you should call Aalmost There Towing. It’s been a frantic couple of hours of worry, but Sanchez and company made things so much better. “It’s been over a month since I had my car repaired. I’m very thankful that I found Velasquez Auto. I spoke to Carlos and he listened to me!!!! Listening costs absolutely nothing!I had my car towed from a so-called “reputable” dealership. I was told that my car was beyond repair. They supposedly changed my spark plugs and tested them with my coils which still did not resolve the issue. Plus, the costs to experiment on my car was racking up fees. I decided to have my car towed to Velasquez.Velasquez performed another diagnostic and found that the spark plugs were never changed. After replacing my spark plugs and coils, my car started up and ran smoothly. It’s still running smoothly. It’s been a month!When you find a good, honest mechanic, support them!!! Write a review! “Wolf’s Towing ReviewWonderful – except for a few things…Wolf’s Towing does not have an office in my area. When I look on googlemaps for Wolf’s Towing, in my area, I get an image of an office complex with no garages or tow trucks anywhere. I suspect that their main office is in California, so they cannot send a tow truck to me. Instead, Wolf’s Towing operates as a dispatch company, they called a tow truck in my area to come and get me. This raises the cost of the operation and makes things more complicated; first Wolf’s pays a fee to the local tow truck that they contact and then Wolf’s charges a fee for their service. So, the cost of using this company is probably twice what you would pay a local tow truck service. Secondly, the Wolf’s Towing telephone operator must ask lots of questions from you at a time of crisis. For whatever reason, I had to answer the same questions several times for the operator that I had. My experience was extremely aggravating. Words cannot express how aggravating my experience was with this company. After 3 hours, a tow truck operator from far outside my area arrived. With the exception of these things, they are a fine tow truck company.All kidding aside, don’t make the same mistake that I made, locate a reliable tow truck service in your area, ahead of time, and save their number to your phone. And consider another company to provide 24 hour roadside assistance.”
