“While I have lived at Bayou Shadows for 9 years now and have seen my share of management team members come and go, the overall management team/maintenance team have been easy to work with. I would like to see either an individual or a team responsible for landscaping/greens maintenance and not just a contractor to mow the lawns.”
“Sugar Mill was a quiet, up to date, and clean place to stay in Addis for the time I was there. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance responded to requests promptly. There were some property maintenance concerns but they were eventually addressed. Aisha Matos made my end of lease experience easy and hastle free.”

“My experience with Park Rowe has been absolutely amazing. The process was seamless and easy. Very professional office staff. I’ve been assisted with any and every concern that I had which were very minimal. The complex is beautiful, pool area is stunning, location is EVERYTHING. Did I mention there’s a hot tub?! If not then guess what, THERE IS! My unit in itsself is perfect. Very modern, updated, beautiful, clean, management ensured everything was cleaned before we moved in and I was grateful for that. As this made the move in very simple and stress free. I’d highly recommend 10/10 to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home in the most convenient location in Baton Rouge, LA. Do not hesitate! Lease with them”

“I moved into Tiger Plaza a little over 2 months ago. I had a problem with the air conditioner. I put in a maintenance request and they were out the next day. I went into the office the other day and they were so friendly and handled all my needs accordingly. Everybody have their own opinion, but I would recommend the stay over there and they have nice prices too.”

“I'm always over here visiting the fabulous shops and dining at QDoba and Jersey Mike's and picking up smoked chicken from Whole Foods. Parking lots stay packed. The only down side is Whole Foods no longer has electric car charging stations which is inconvenient for those who have them. I do love the Christmas decor every year and it's always fabulously clean.”
