Front office makes you feel welcome Maintenance is very prompt at fixing any problems that may occur throughout the facility. Most of all, very clean and well maintained. “I have been a vendor for Oakleigh and many of their properties in their portfolio. I can tell you this company cares about each of their tenants and takes extreme pride in maintaining their properties. They address any issues that come up promptly. They are extremely professional, when you call for management you actually get to talk with someone on the property that are as knowledgeable if not more than some contractors. The management team is always courteous and will go out of their way to help take care of their residents concerns or needs. The property is in a great location as well with numerous places to shop, dine, movie theater, and whatever else you could think of within a quick 2-5 minute drive. If you are looking for a great place to reside Oakleigh is the place.”

“I recently leased and am happy with my unit, the office staff is nice and always goes over and beyond. I have been in the office a few times and have encountered some of the tenants and I pray for these ladies as they are always sweet never loose they cool even when they have rude people coming at them. I do wish they fix the parking lot and do something about the amount of riff raff (tenants and passerbys.) Maybe you all should get security on the property. Also the little maintenance guy is so nice.”

“My experience with Park Rowe has been absolutely amazing. The process was seamless and easy. Very professional office staff. I’ve been assisted with any and every concern that I had which were very minimal. The complex is beautiful, pool area is stunning, location is EVERYTHING. Did I mention there’s a hot tub?! If not then guess what, THERE IS! My unit in itsself is perfect. Very modern, updated, beautiful, clean, management ensured everything was cleaned before we moved in and I was grateful for that. As this made the move in very simple and stress free. I’d highly recommend 10/10 to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home in the most convenient location in Baton Rouge, LA. Do not hesitate! “I moved into Tiger Plaza a little over 2 months ago. I had a problem with the air conditioner. I put in a maintenance request and they were out the next day. I went into the office the other day and they were so friendly and handled all my needs accordingly. Everybody have their own opinion, but I would recommend the stay over there and they have nice prices too.”

“I'm always over here visiting the fabulous shops and dining at QDoba and Jersey Mike's and picking up smoked chicken from Whole Foods. Parking lots stay packed. The only down side is Whole Foods no longer has electric car charging stations which is inconvenient for those who have them. I do love the Christmas decor every year and it's always fabulously clean.”
