“Great customer service! The entire staff is always so helpful to my aging parents and helps them coordinate and manage medications, as they both would most likely be considered "complex patients". I'm thankful for all they do and that they are involved in my parent's "health care team". I feel a great sense of relief knowing that Family Drug Mart provides our family with an extra layer of support that is very much needed!”

“Edit for update: I tried again to find something for my son. A gentleman was there this time. He went out of his way to get it for me and explain. It was a much better experience. I realize people have bad days. I hope i didn't contribute to it. I'm glad it was just a one time thing.I went there yesterday to find something to help my special needs child. We thought he had pink eye. He had an appointment scheduled for today. I just wanted something to help him until morning. The young lady who helped me was very kind and helpful. She went to the pharmacist to ask her something. The pharmacist was so unkind, rude, unpleasant. She didn't even look up from her work, barking out an answer. I was considering switching all his medicines to Miley's Meds, but not if their pharmacist is so unapproachable. I'll stick with Walgreen's. At least they look up from their work and acknowledge me.”
