When I started to put a bag in my cart, BECKY noticed that I was struggling. Asked me if she could help. “I went in today and as I was checking out the lady that was working the self checkouts seen that I had dropped some money on the ground. A old lady in a scooter that was behind me,seen the money and when the employee went to grab it for me, the old woman put her foot on it and she yelled at me and said ma’am you dropped some money. I proceeded to walk over there and the old lady gave us the dirtiest look because the employee was being HONEST! I told her thank you so much and I thanked god that they are still honest people in this world we live in today! It was only $40 but we have to survive in this world some kind of way! I wish I could of gotten her name. And thank you from the bottom of my heart!”

“So I was at Sam’s club last month to replace 3 worn out tires but end up getting 4 All terrain Good Year tires since Sam’s gave me a deal worth $120 off with 5 year/ 60,000 miles warranty and 24/7 road side assistance for $950 bucks. I checked with Costco and local auto shops and this was the best deal and no one even came close. I went to Sam’s at the last minute without any appointment but early in the morning when they opened up and the guys there, accommodated me. It took couple of hours but I was able to do my groceries while they replaced all 4 tires. The staff was professional and courteous and I would recommend everyone to go to Sam’s for there tire needs for peace of mind.”

“This review is about my most recent visit on 11/12/20, previous ratings would average to 3.75 stars for this location. There was no wait either of the two times I came to the pharmacy this visit. Sheena was incredibly helpful and friendly right from the start. She immediately found a prescription that I was told two weeks ago by a different employee Walmart never received, when in fact they had received it a month prior when I had it filled the first time and still had two refills left. She answered all of my questions quickly and effectively. Sheena also helped me get a better price on both my wife’s and my prescriptions working through our insurance, a discount card, and cash payment saving us about 60% of the original cost. She showed only patience and understanding while expressing a genuine desire to help while running the prescriptions through the three different options!My experiences at different Walmart Pharmacies around the country have not always been the greatest, unfortunately a few of them quite poor. However, thanks to Sheena I had a seamless experience today that was both pleasant and time efficient. This visit left me with the feeling of a small town pharmacy experience that I haven’t had since moving down to this area. Keep up the good work Walmart Neighborhood Market Pharmacy and take notice that you have a customer service star employee in your midst, the Pharmacy Technician Sheena!I would like to genuinely say thank you to Sheena for your professional, kind, courteous service and for making this visit such a wonderful experience. The pharmacists and the techs all work together like a team to get everything done seamlessly, and handle the demanding workload with ease and comfortability. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Ebony, the Pharmacist on duty the past two times I went in and had issues with my prescription. “My wife had some sort of bug bite or poison ivy. I was able to purchase all of the remedies because I wasn't sure what she had. After further research we found out she was attacked by chiggers. The remedy for that is cortisone cream 1% and rubbing alcohol with q-tips. For really uncomfortable bites spray on bandage.”
