“I called in late Thursday afternoon looking for a battery, and I spoke to Cindy. She was very courteous and helpful, and walked me thru several options, and we settled on one that she had in stock. I ran over to pick it up and found 3 well dressed employees, in their NAPA uniforms, eager to help me. I asked for Cindy, who arrived at the counter while I was still asking for her. She promptly got to work finishing the sale, the battery was already on the counter, and explaining the benefits of the battery that I purchased. Now, even though they were about to close, they were not rushing me out the door. They were more concerned with my satisfaction. I noticed on the way out that the shelves were well stocked. I highly recommend the Laplace NAPA store. Thank you Cindy, and thank you NAPA!”
