Walgreens is a pharmacy and retail store that receives mixed reviews. Customers appreciate the quick service at the pharmacy, with staff like Destiny being helpful and friendly. The pharmacy staff often work hard, especially during busy times or staff shortages, and the line can move relatively fast. However, some customers experience long waits, especially at the drive-thru, which is criticized for poor sound quality, and at the checkout, where only one register is sometimes open, causing long lines and frustration. The store's environment can be uncomfortable, with concerns about homeless and drugged-out individuals lining the entrance and occasional thefts. While the pharmacy staff are generally praised for their effort and helpfulness, issues such as long wait times for prescription orders, problems with the "Save-a-Trip" program, and delays in prescription synchronization are common complaints. Customers also note that items are often misplaced or not honored even if marked down, leading to disappointment. Despite these issues, some customers recognize the store's effort to stay open amidst staffing shortages caused by the COVID-19 surge. Overall, Walgreens offers quick prescription service and helpful staff but struggles with store organization, long lines, and safety concerns.
Only come if absolutely necessary. Sad environment and crap store. Drive down the road to the CVS to save yourself

This is the slowest Pharmacy I have ever been to! The staff is rude and they are always out of my medications.. even the ones I order every month over and over again! Save your time and go to another Pharmacy!
