My appointment was for 12:40 for a Covid test. There has not been a person at the Walgreens counter for 10 minutes. It's 1:16 and there is no indication I will ever get serviced. Man! I remember when Walgreens was great and I would never consider Rite-Aid or CVS. Now, it stinks. Only Burger King has worse general service.

They “misplace” tags and force you to pay a higher price when you get to the register. You complain and they don’t honor what their tags say. I will avoid this location in the future
