“Wanted to give a shout out to the staff and branch manager of Fidelity Bank Uptown Carrollton. I am a business owner and visit that branch aon average once a week. All staff members are always very polite and accommodating to my needs. Very few times I have issues that are normally my fault. A quick call to the branch manager and the matter is handle with speed and accuracy, even if the issue is outside her branch. I would highly recommend Fidelity Bank for all your banking needs especially the Uptown branch.”
“There's a security guard who held the door open for us. There's also a teller sitting at the door if you need help ,sign in & have a seat. The lines are long , but moving.there are people at the door waiting to sign it.
It is a very busy place.”

“Small as it's in the lobby of an office building, but we really enjoyed this museum. Free to enter, a free gift of shredded currency for us both and some interesting exhibits. Yes you have to go through some security to enter, but remember that it's a workplace! Well worth spending half an hour here, you'll learn lots. Sadly not allowed to take photos but again, understandable.”

“My experience was great. I contacted the office and spoke to Rajan about wanting to refinance my vehicle. With help from Him I was able to set an appointment and meet with Him and April. They both helped me and were able to lower my interest rate by nearly half of what I was paying. They were very knowledgeable and showed great care with trying to give me the best possible offer. I will definitely be recommending to my close friends.”
“I value it with 5 stars because it was the only bank or entity that allowed us to make a currency exchange in New Orleans. It was not necessary to open or have an account to do so, as other financial institutions demanded of us and which, obviously, we did not have. The treatment of the staff that served us was exquisite. The procedures for the change, the normal ones that may be required. The acceptable exchange rate. Thank you for your help, I will recommend you on my travels.”
“I gotta say I love whitney bank no issues but today I went to deposit my check at 9:50am and the clerk in the drive-thru was very rude he was a Caucasian man and just plain out no courtesy to me as a customer and I didn't like that I've always received great service from u guys and today he made it look bad.
