Like every other big bank out there. No real customer service. Bill pay is average, prefer Bank of America bill pay (but they are just another big bank too). Like most of us, I bank here mainly because it is convenient to where I live.

Hope your not in a hurry. But the two people showing you how to use the new atm's will be helpful as they replace people. 8 people waiting and two "customer service" people. Time to switch banks.

Oh my gosh, this branch has the nicest tellers. I bank here for my boss, but I'm thinking about moving from Capital One because the service is not as good.
