The Preserve suited my mom's needs very well. Attentive faciltiies staff. Management staff knew my mother and she appreciated them. The Preserve has very nice socials across the year and also provide opportunities for community service for more vulnerable persons.”

“I love the place! so charming, definitely a real New Orleans feel to the property!!!. My daughter was looking for an apartment as a student and CJ assisted us with the lease. I am all the way in MD so the comfort of knowing the community is tight, clean and safe was all we needed to sign a lease. We were even allowed to ship items such as her furniture and mattress prior to her move in. It has been over a year now going into year two on the lease and I have nothing but good things to say. Even when a few things were wrong in the apartment, they were quick to fix it. I even came down for Thanksgiving and I enjoyed cooking in the quaint kitchen. For the location, charm and cost, you can not beat it!”

Things you should know :
It is super noisy here. Louder than other apartments that I have lived in but for the most part neighbors are respectful of quiet hours. I would say to try and tour your unit at high traffic hours to get a feel for it.
The staff is is SUPER friendly and helpful!! This honestly makes all the difference when dealing with any issues that arise.
Repairs/Construction is a little tricky. Ive had seamless repairs done and then I have had some repairs done that leave a little eye sore. It's an old building so I assume this is to be expected but something that I did not think about prior to moving in.
The pet park odor is rough.. They spray it down during the day but if you end up in a unit near by, be aware that it is a bit of a nuisance.
Cleanliness of the facility is hit or miss - again, if you have good neighbors it will be far better of an experience.
Overall, it feels like HOME. Things truly are getting better here !”
“I have lived at Gold Seal Lofts since 2011 and I am extremely happy with my home. The property is well kept and the office staff is great. Planning on planting some veggies this season in the Community Garden that is available to us. I also love the courtyard lights that have been added. Not planning on going anywhere. Come be my new neighbor if you can get in! We are full. That’s what proves we are great.”

“I relocated to New Orleans 2 year's ago and was blessed with a place to call home at Josephine Lofts. Josephine Lofts had everything I wanted in an apt from the pool, gated parking to my quiet space the rooftop.
The management and maintenance team here (Eva and Stanley)are friendly and addresses issues if any, in a timely manner which I appreciate.”

“Gorgeous apartments in the middle of the French Quarter are hard to come by but DH has just that! The apartments themselves are newly updated and the views of the French Quarter are outstanding! Being able to walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery is extremely convenient as well!”

“I've been living in this apartment complex for several years now, and I must say, the recent change in management has been incredibly refreshing! Mercedes and her new management team has brought a level of professionalism, and attention to detail that has truly transformed the living experience here.
One of the first things I noticed was the improved maintenance and upkeep of the property. The grounds are always well-manicured, and any maintenance requests are addressed promptly. It's evident that the new management team takes pride in maintaining a high standard of living for all residents.
Another standout aspect is the enhanced communication from the management office. They keep us informed about upcoming events, maintenance schedules, and any important updates through regular emails and newsletters. It's great to feel connected and informed about what's happening in the community.
Additionally, the staff members are friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. It's nice to know that there's a dedicated team looking out for the well-being of everyone living here.
Overall, I highly recommend the Georgian, especially under the new management. The improvements they've made have truly elevated the living experience, making it a fantastic place to call home.”
“Im sure the more negative reviews show up first, but in my experience NOLA Apartments has been incredibly responsive for me and my housemates all year. They are always quick to reply to emails and typically send a maintenance repairman within a few days of requesting. Kelly and Denny in particular have been so good to us. They are always more than willing to work with us, and are incredibly kind and understanding of college students’ situations and sometimes unique complexities.”
“I lived here for a year and a half. I loved it. The neighborhood was friendly and I was able to easily socialize with everyone around me. Occasionally had kids come into my house to try and see my cat and baby but only because I let them. Block parties occasionally that were fun to watch. The kids would bring me free sodas. Corner store was nice because I could haggle when I was low on money and easy access to pretty good crawfish and Turkey neck. Staff was always super friendly. Never had issues with bugs or anything. Apartment was super nice. Thin walls but nobody complained about my crying child and would check up on me to make sure i was ok if they heard me and my son sick. Drove through the other day and the neighbors still hugged me and remembered me. Had only one incident where I had a friend ignore me and walk to my house instead of calling me and she got robbed down the street. But she was being completely idiotic by walking at 2 am in a designer dress and a big purse. Be friendly and accept this is a community and you'll love it. And dont invite idiots to stay with you”

“I love my apartment when stuff needs to be done. They are always on it. The two front ladies in the office are very kind sweet and if you have any problem with paying your rent, just go up there and talk to them and they will help you I could not find a better apartment to live in. I’ll be here almost a year”

What I appreciated the most is the follow up calls to see if I’m still interested in renting even tho I found something else, before ending a conversation on the phone or email she always says thank you for choosing Carmel Brook as your new home.
