“I truly enjoyed staying at this property! I’ve stayed at Park Oaks for close to 3 years and I had no problems! The complex is under 15 mins to get into the city and feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of the Big Easy. You’re close by restaurants, gas stations and a few grocery stores so that’s also a plus too. Although they are modern units, renovations are happing to certain units. If you luck up on seeing an availability, take it!”

“Moved in in January and Cierra and the manager were great. Had a bit of a water leak from the freeze that hit and they resolved it quickly and without any issues. Been super helpful and nice.”
