The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing appliances , or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting until i buy a house that surpassed my experience here. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience , it’s all in the service. “I have lived at Gold Seal Lofts since 2011 and I am extremely happy with my home. The property is well kept and the office staff is great. Planning on planting some veggies this season in the Community Garden that is available to us. I also love the courtyard lights that have been added. Not planning on going anywhere. Come be my new neighbor if you can get in! We are full. That’s what proves we are great.”

“Im sure the more negative reviews show up first, but in my experience NOLA Apartments has been incredibly responsive for me and my housemates all year. They are always quick to reply to emails and typically send a maintenance repairman within a few days of requesting. Kelly and Denny in particular have been so good to us. They are always more than willing to work with us, and are incredibly kind and understanding of college students’ situations and sometimes unique complexities.”

“I truly enjoyed staying at this property! I’ve stayed at Park Oaks for close to 3 years and I had no problems! The complex is under 15 mins to get into the city and feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of the Big Easy. You’re close by restaurants, gas stations and a few grocery stores so that’s also a plus too. Although they are modern units, renovations are happing to certain units. If you luck up on seeing an availability, take it!”
“Since my first interaction with their team, it has been nothing but Top service. I just wanted to share my appreciation for their hard-working staff. Thank you to Toi for handling all of my needs whether it is a question regarding the apartment, or to help me set up my account. Also, a shout-out to the head of management Brea whenever Toi was busy helping other customers she made sure to step out of her role to make sure that I was taken care of no matter how busy she was. Last but not least I would like to say thank you to Heather for being their right-hand person when it came to repairs, and things that were out of place in the apartment. She came through swiftly and without hesitation to make sure that everything was properly working for me. As a whole, I am just appreciative of the amazing staff that corresponds with one another so flawlessly. It isn’t every day that you will see superior teamwork function as a well oiled machine. “I love living at the Seasons. It is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The people are friendly, and maintenance is usually done in a reasonable timeframe. Even a few small issues I have sent an email about, specifying no rush, we're still quickly taken care of. The appliances in our apartment are a bit dated, but the vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and full size washer/dryer more than make up for that. I recommend this apartment complex for sure!”
