“Don’t go during weekdays. Go on weekends. Nichole at the checkout is the best first off. I’ve been there maybe 3-4 times in the past week and spent well over $2,000 and the only one that comes close to making my time there pleasant was Mr E in paint. Everyone else I’ve seen managers included are very stand-off-ish.”

“I didn't five star this place because of issues with their pickup after ordering online. Had to go in to get rhe order after waiting for 20 min. I also didn't go any lower on stars because it was Christmas time, and we all know how that gets. BUSY BUSY BUSY!!! Friendly staff, not or knowledgeable about some products, but overall A for effort!”

“My only issue is that everytime I asked to speak to a store manager I was denied. I even had one of their account managers come to my house, and she left after cursing at me. I have been behind several time though never intentionally, and when I know I'll be behind I contact them as long as I have a working phone.”
