“Got a sweet deal on a garage kept, like new, 2007 Merc Grand Marquis LA. Car is tight, tight... Looks and drives like it came off the showroom. Darryl gave me a great price... When I went back in a week later to get my paperwork (He threw in the notary)... he asked me "how's that car driving.." I tell him "I owe you money.." He laughed and said "You aren't the first to tell me that..." Ha! He sold it to me too cheap... When does that happen in this business. Great guys! Thx again”
“The staff at enterprise went well above and beyond making me feel like a special customer in how well they assisted me through this frustrating time of having my personal car getting repaired at the collision center. I had a few issues with a couple of their electric truck rentals (Chevy Silverado EVs) where the vehicle had high voltage failures. However, the staff worked very quickly and diligently to provide expert feedback and immediate resolution in transferring me to an equal or better vehicle. CJ, the manager at the service road location in Metairie is very smart, respectful and well versed in customer satisfaction and interaction. Tristan and Christian were also going above and beyond to take moments out of their busy life to personally connect with me and empathize with my situation to ensure I get placed in the lost suitable vehicle until I’m 100% satisfied. This is the best enterprise I’ve ever been to and will always continue to do so as long the standards of care will remain this high! I highly highly recommend all renters to go to this enterprise if they’re looking for the best overall experience with the least number of hassles. I’ve attached pictures of some of the cool vehicles this enterprise owns and has put me in over time.”

“Julian and Luis were awesome at scheduling my PDK service. Arrived at 7:45 car was seen at 8 as scheduled. So far my car is still performing flawlessly. My only issue is the terrible car wash. It was if they just took a hose and sprayed water on my car and did nothing else and left water spots! Clearly someone did not want to wash and dry cars that day. I did call and report it to Julian. He offered for me to bring vehicle back to be rewatched but I was too far from the dealership. The front desk greeter made sure we had endless snacks and pastries! Made feel very comfortable!”

“This is a really nice Mazda dealership with helpful and attentive staff. In my experience it is one of the nicest car dealerships in the area. They have an extremely clean interior space with very nice spaces for customers to view vehicles and to just sit down and enjoy a wonderful selection of coffee. They have an excellent coffee machine here that lets you select a nice range of different caffeinated beverages. They even have a gift shop with a good selection of Mazda clothing and other Mazda gear for the true Mazda fans. I'm rarely impressed by car dealerships these days but Paretti Mazda does demonstrate they operate at a higher level than much of the other competition in the area.”

“Really good experience. I bought a Hyundai Sonata from them about half a year ago, great car, Even though it was in a car wreck before I have had no issues with the car. The sales lady was great and talked through everything with me and even worked with me when my pay was messed up. “Wow! This is a perfect name for a business, because they truly are A quality! Bought a 2005 Camry for $4500 2 years ago and sold it for almost what I bought it for. Then went back recently and the owner (super sweet guy) Tim Flynn actually talked me out of buying an Audi for more money they had because he said they tend to have more issues. I really wanted that car but opted for the cheaper Corolla which has been running great! Thanks Tim!!!”

I did have a small brake problem which they fixed immediately and made it better. Overall, it's a very good dealer. I brought the infiniti m37 and it's a great car.”
“My wife and I were in New Orleans in late June, June 19th, from out of town, in my wife’s Volvo. We had the engine hot light come on and after stopping and starting three or four times I drove to the Volvo dealership, was directed to go to service. The gentlemen in the service department could not have been better, the young man I can’t remember his name, checked our car out, we just had it in for a 40,000 mile inspection, was low on antifreeze. Which obviously the Volvo dealership that did the inspection didn’t top off the antifreeze , They filled it up gave us a free gallon of antifreeze to take with us and didn’t charge us one thing and they couldn’t have been more professional and we couldn’t be more grateful.”
