Too long to get a service appt. Then they kept my car for three weeks. There was no loaner, i had to get a rental oop at first, but They ended up paying for the whole period which is really the only reason this was okay. I had to reach out personally multiple times to get an update.

We visiting 3 dealerships today. This was easily the worst. The salesman Brandon was so rude and not very helpful. Salesman at Porsche and Audi were in a different league.
