They have had my vehicle for 16 days now… they still hadn’t even looked at it as of yesterday. I was supposed to be getting updates every 48-72 hours… they haven’t called me one. I made an appointment on August 13th 2 weeks prior to… if I make an appointment one would think you should be serviced right? Now I’ve called every day, twice a day, and nobody will return my call. I’ve called for the manager, he doesn’t answer and his mailbox is full. I am FED UP!!!

If we could give this location ZERO stars we would! Purchased a Certified Vehicle from them and it has been in the shop 3 times in the last 5 months. They keep your vehicle for 2 weeks with ZERO communication. Service staff and managers ignore you. They NEVER have a loaner or offer any assistance to assist with transportation when they keep your vehicle for weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!
