“I only had custom pillows sewed here along with some custom shades. I also bought a few sale knick-knacks which are wonderful. Nina, the owner, did not like how the zipper on one of the pillows looked. She insisted on sending it back to her seamstress for it to be perfect. I really appreciated her attention to detail. “This place is hands down the BEST place to get upholstery fabrics and trims. I wanted to upholster a chair I found on the side of the road, after scouring the usual places I headed to Artee in their new location. Whoa....so many choices. I grabbed a nice mid century pattern and the chair was back to her beautiful self. Then months later I returned, this time a facebook marketplace find, a lovely blue spotted mid-century choice. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help. Then finally another pair of castoffs on the side of the road. Yep.....Back to Artee, their selection just continues to grow. Not everything is bargain basement price, higher quality fabrics, higher prices. BUT there were about 20 or so 5.95$ bolts as I walked in the door. Every style from traditional to far out and funky. Last time I paid 21.95$ per yard for my blue fabric....this time 34.95$ for the greenish turquoise pattern. I can tell you the big box places don't have anything under 50$ so I've already saved a bundle. I am always completely distracted by all the choices, maybe Im creating future projects in my head. On a separate note.....I read the other reviews and all I can say is....more bees with honey than vinegar. The staff is great, check your bad attitude at the door.”

“I went into the Lakeside store with my children ready to purchase a sofa. We met Kaylee who was amazing. We ended up buying 2 full rooms of furniture and the service didn’t stop after the transaction. She is absolutely wonderful and goes out of her way to help us with any questions. There is a very unfriendly matronly looking manager there who obviously doesn’t have children that was snarky but Kaylee made up for her. We can’t wait to get out furniture!!!!”

“I don’t know clothes, and have owned the same clothes for 10-15 years and never changed it up. Came to Iron Horse from a friends recommendation and to make my wife happy. Truthfully, didn’t anticipate on buying anything. Chad was awesome, he honestly selected more stuff for me not to wear because of a bad fit or he didn’t like it. Left today with a new wardrobe and even though it was costly they cut me a great deal and got me linked up with as many sale items as possible. “The ladies who work at the Metairie location are excellent. They have gone above and beyond to help me get 15% and even 20% discounts. Very knowledgeable too. When ordering large items, I never order online. Instead I call their store directly to place the order so that they can apply all discount codes available. They are happy to do this since their store location essentially gets points for all orders they place. I have ordered a crib and dresser from pottery barn kids because of the high quality of the pieces. I was worried that a lesser quality dresser/changing table such as ones with card board backing and difficult drawers may be a safety hazard for tipping over when a toddler pulls out drawers and attempts to climb on the furniture. So far I am very happy with the quality. My family also ordered a very nice name brand stroller and car seat as a gift from Pottery Barn Kids as opposed to other sites or stores just because of the 15% discount the girls at the Metairie location could give us.”

Every time I come here and when I am ready to make my purchase or if I have questions, all associates or representatives during all these years are always most than willing to help out, provide options, find you the best deals, match prices if online are different than at the store and overall I have had the best customer experience. I recently ordered 2 beds and the representative made calls to make sure they will be delivered on the date given by the system. I received them a week before. I have to admit, I have walked in and they were busy enough to not greet me or welcome me, but I am okay with that because I saw them working with other customers. They are busy bees. I am thankful we have a PBK here close to us, in New Orleans. Keep up the good work!”

“I've had items monogrammed here twice, and both times I've been impressed with the quality of work and with the friendly customer service. I don't know if other monogram companies do this, but they monogram beach towels without embroidery. The towels are large and so soft, and the personalization is somehow printed on the towel. If you're in the market for a child's birthday gift or a summer surprise, these towels are perfect. Today I picked up two water bottles that I dropped off to be monogrammed a couple of days ago. They're going to be a huge hit with my daughter and her best friend. The monograms are perfect and I'm more than happy with the end result.”
