“We recently made a purchase of an expensive leather sofa. It was a special order so it took a few months for it to arrive. When it arrived, it didn't look like it was made properly. We let them know. Being a leather sofa, the service agreement was with Natuzzi and not the store. Long story short, Hurwitz Mintz lived up to their reputation and stood by us and refunded us 100%. Their customer service team was always respectful and knew of the situation every time we called, and they never made us feel like we were "bad customers" and they always treated us with respect. We have shopped at Hurwitz Mintz on and off through the years and have always had a good experience with them. “The ladies who work at the Metairie location are excellent. They have gone above and beyond to help me get 15% and even 20% discounts. Very knowledgeable too. When ordering large items, I never order online. Instead I call their store directly to place the order so that they can apply all discount codes available. They are happy to do this since their store location essentially gets points for all orders they place. I have ordered a crib and dresser from pottery barn kids because of the high quality of the pieces. I was worried that a lesser quality dresser/changing table such as ones with card board backing and difficult drawers may be a safety hazard for tipping over when a toddler pulls out drawers and attempts to climb on the furniture. So far I am very happy with the quality. My family also ordered a very nice name brand stroller and car seat as a gift from Pottery Barn Kids as opposed to other sites or stores just because of the 15% discount the girls at the Metairie location could give us.”

Every time I come here and when I am ready to make my purchase or if I have questions, all associates or representatives during all these years are always most than willing to help out, provide options, find you the best deals, match prices if online are different than at the store and overall I have had the best customer experience. I recently ordered 2 beds and the representative made calls to make sure they will be delivered on the date given by the system. I received them a week before. I have to admit, I have walked in and they were busy enough to not greet me or welcome me, but I am okay with that because I saw them working with other customers. They are busy bees. “Whoa Target!!! I see you with your lil Whole Foods feel. This is my first time in this newly remodeled Target and I must say how impressed I am. I mean they have a whole grocery store with a lot of fresh produce on the second floor. I like how you just put your shopping cart on the escalator and it rides alongside of you. Super dope. I came here for the turkey meatballs and ended up buying a cart full of discounted Purdue chicken. I said, Purdue y'all lol. Do you know how expensive Purdue chicken is in other grocery stores?? Baby, when saw those prices I was like a contestant on the Supermarket Sweep game show. Check out was fast. Not the friendliest cashier but ya know, times have changed. They have both a regular register and a self service check out. I chose the cashier just incase those discounted prices didn't match the self check out machines, like at Winn Dixie lol. Clearly, not all Targets are created equal because I never saw one this tricked out. I really enjoyed coming here and will continue to do so.”
