βPassed Star 1000βs times, never thought to stop. I needed a rear brake job on my ford f-150, nothing but a great experience. Everything done as told & on time with a good price. Only reason not 5 star is I thought the place very crowded with lots of cars, i donβt really know if thats a good thing or a bad thing..either way Iβll be back as needed.β
βHanna and mayra was very helpful of helping me out on my situation with the problem that I have with my car when I brought it in yesterday she was very patient with me when she ask me about the problem with my car when that my tires was inflated and it was losing alot of air inside the tires so she had the technician take a look at it to see if there were any leaks or nails in the tires she came back and told me there were no leaks no nails in my tires but told me that the was was flat and need air I'm them so she had the technician put air inside my tires and I was all good and I appreciate Hanna and the technician so thank you Hanna and technicianβ
βWould have been 5 stars but my air pressure in tires was not checked, even when reminded to do so. Since the temperature has dropped, all tires are low in pressure and the notification light on the dash remains on.β
βVery Professional; I understood their process and they were even nice enough to dumb it down for me to understand what was needed for my truck. I was recommended by another auto shop. Hopefully I dont have to go back.β
βI have used Sam a number of times and have been extremely satisfied. Sam and his employees are courteous, safety conscious, friendly and very reasonable in price. Sometimes you have to wait for your vehicle due to backup on the lot or parts on order but other than that Sam keeps you posted at all times and gets you out as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Samβs Tri-City Body Works & Repair to anyone and everyone!! If it is something he does not work on that is mechanical he will refer you to someone who has the right equipment and team to do the job. I am going to post some before pictures and I will post the after when I get my car back!β

βProvided great service. I brought car in for second opinion after another garage advised me I needed to get a new car. With 140k miles on I knew there had to be more life in it. βNTB was quick in helping me replace this Michelin tire that got damaged beyond repair/patch. I had bought a complete set of 4 Defender-2 and was extremely pleased with them and NTBβs service. Not sure what I rolled over, but as always NTB was prompt and courteous with this issue.β

βI was traveling from out of town & got a gash in my tire that wasnβt able to be repaired. Called several tire stores to get a replacement tire. No one could get one for me until 2 days later, Monday, bc it was the weekend. I needed to get back home. I called DELTA TIRE WORLD and MITCHELL took care of me. He had me back on the road later that day with the exact tire that I needed!! Hands-down, best service ever!!!!β
βThis automotive shop is amazing. They are efficient when it comes to getting an inspection sticker/brake tag. There is a line where you can pull in from the side street which leads to where the outside pump would be located in the service island.They also offer many other car repairs services.β
βMy brand new 23β Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit,Something metal from the road popped up on the door, tagged one panel. SUV had 1400 miles on it.When I tell you the panel and the work done by B&R Collision was OEM quality.Iβm very particular. βI have a 2020 CRV and had issues with my vehicle stalling on me several times. This required several tows and more than two attempts at finding the issue and then repairing it. A huge headache for me as car repairs can be. This being said, I have to give Royal Honda FIVE STARS for the outstanding service, attention to detail and professional and personal service I received during this entire process. I was so pleased with the service department at Royal Honda. Joe Danno initially handled my case and i was assigned to Herman Smith as my service advisor. What an awesome team! Mr Danno promptly returned my initial call and got the ball rolling and Mr Smith took over
from there. I had more interaction with Herman Smith because he was more directly involved. I have to say that although this
was a headache I found Herman Smith to be so professional in every way. Mr. Danno and Mr Smith are an asset to Royal Honda and should be recognized for that. My issue was a fuel pump and Mr. Smith delivered the wonderful news that there would be no charge for the repairs done. I'm a very satisfied customer and an so grateful to have had that experience. Thank you so much! Such kind men!!! That is so important in today's world. Thank you for a job well done.

βI came here 2 years ago to get my tires put on my new rims and they did a great job. The pricing is super reasonable and the quality of work shows when you get your car back. They also do not mind you out sourcing parts for your car for them the install so to me that's a huge advantage over alot of other shops that are overpriced or do not want to touch parts that you didn't get from them. I'm bringing my car in this week to change my tires and get a brake job, so I promise they will have me on the road safely in no time!
