“Ms. Vicki, the property manager, was so extremely helpful and informative when I visited these apartments looking to lease. Unfortunately there is no current availability, but I will definitely be checking back often to try and secure a place there. The atriums and the landscaping are beautiful and the area seems peaceful and quiet.”
“Very nice place to live, am currently living here and security parking lot mail box everything is very good no complaint so far and residents are friendly plus pet friendly apartments, convenient store are close market and mall restaurants all very accessible.”

“I truly enjoyed staying at this property! I’ve stayed at Park Oaks for close to 3 years and I had no problems! The complex is under 15 mins to get into the city and feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of the Big Easy. You’re close by restaurants, gas stations and a few grocery stores so that’s also a plus too. Although they are modern units, renovations are happing to certain units. If you luck up on seeing an availability, take it!”
