“Ms. Vicki, the property manager, was so extremely helpful and informative when I visited these apartments looking to lease. Unfortunately there is no current availability, but I will definitely be checking back often to try and secure a place there. The atriums and the landscaping are beautiful and the area seems peaceful and quiet.”
“I lived at Metaire Lake Apartments a few years back, for almost two years, when I was in the New Orleans area. I absolutely loved this complex. It's pretty quiet. I think most of the tenants are young professionals, as there were not many children. The location is awesome! Near Bucktown, so great restaurants on the same street and very close to Lake Pontchatrain. Sometimes I would walk there for a workout. It is right off of Veteran's BLVD which is the main street in Metairie, where it seems like everything is located. Metairie Lake is very close to New Orleans -- Just a couple of blocks from Lakeview, and about a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter.
I would definitely recommend it. The rates are very affordable. The property was always clean, and the area was safe. I never had any issues with management. If I were to move back to New Orleans, this I'd choose this complex again.”
“Ms. Alma was amazing!!! I couldn’t have this amazing experience without her. I absolutely love my new apartment. It’s clean, spacious, and very quiet. Peaceful neighborhood, no noise whatsoever!!! My neighbors are friendly and to themselves, just the way I like it. It’s near all my favorite restaurants and stores in walking distance. You can’t beat that. Definitely recommend.”
