Tony and Mike are awesome. Hardest thing to find is a mechanic and shop you can trust. This will be our entire family's mechanic shop for life.

Currently, having accrued thousands of regular long-time customers, we, as you can imagine, have all the work we can handle. We had to go to a "waiting list" schedule - we cannot do appointments. You get on the schedule when the vehicle is dropped off and vehicles are worked on in the order they were dropped off. When Mid-City Auto happens to be in a cycle where all the jobs ahead of you are smaller routine jobs, your vehicle may come up in the schedule in 1/2 day, however, if we are in a cycle where all the jobs ahead of you are deep diagnostic jobs or labor intensive jobs, it may be as much as 3 days before your vehicle comes up in the schedule.
Vehicles must be left with us in order to be in line for service.
