“I had a tire that was worn out that another shop had for some reason replaced the valve stem Incorrectly. since the tire was worn out I got a replacement for it at Triple J first off their price was 141 dollars less than other shops I had checked, and then after they installed I called because the tire was still losing pressure they had me bring it back in and they discovered the other shops mistake and fix it Free of charge. I appreciate good customer service and will recommend them to all my friends from now on. Thanks for the Great Customer Service.”

“I had tires ordered and paid for and the day I went to have them put on at, 8:00 in the morning, I was told they had no employees. The store manage, Corbin was the only soul working in this business. Answering phones, dealing with a line of people. But with a smile and positive, polite attitude the entire time. He chose to go from behind the desk, into that shop and put my tires on for me. And I wasn't the only one. He did so for several others as well. He could have approached this day differently. If it had been me, i would have locked the doors and put a closed sign up. Outstanding efforts by you today Corbin!”
