“Fire starter- to best customer service of my life! On a recent trip back to New Orleans, my husband and I were shopping for our baby like any first time parents away from their baby would. We found the best outfits at Juju's for her. At checkout, I put my pile of clothes on the counter and I'm chatting with the owner, when all of a sudden I look out of the corner of my eye and I see a FIRE on the counter! The clothes were on fire! I scream, and the owner starts smacking the clothing putting the fire out. There was a lit candle behind the counter and the sleeve of one of the outfits fell on the candle, starting the fire! The owner was kind, caring, and concerned for our safety. I was beyond embarrassed. We ended up having a good laugh with the owner, swapped stories and I'm now known as the fire starter per my husband! The owner even gave us the burned up clothing as a moms to to never forget them! I highly recommend this shop to locals and any out of towners!”

“I like the amount of customer service where they aren't hovering near you, but there are employees that are easy to find if I need help with something. The fitting rooms are always open and pretty clean. And also, I just love shopping here for comfy clothes at a manageable price.”

“Our experience was very nice and exciting! The staff were extremely polite, and the ultrasound tech seemed to know more about what she was doing than the nurses at the doctors office. We got a TON of pictures, and the tech also let us just look at the baby for a solid 20 minutes in between. The clothing selection is really nice too; there are clothes for all size babies and you can pick bamboo fiber clothes if you'd rather that than cotton. The quality of the clothes are awesome and they are the only ones that haven't faded in the washer/dryer yet. Also, the printed shirts haven't cracked or peeled yet which is a plus.”
“Real helpful crew members. I'm upset they took the kiosk machine where you can order jerseys, hats, etc online in the store. But overall it's a great place that has most Sports league hats... The riverwalk locations have jerseys. A lot of the other locations just carry hats.”

“They have a large and unique selection of NOLA gear. There's t-shirts, magnets, stickers, jewelry, etc. My biggest plus was that the shirts were also offered in a women's cut. This is so nice for someone like me who hates how the unisex shirts fit. And they have a bathroom that doubles as a fitting room. ? So a big thank you for my new NOLA shirt! ???”
