“Went to Carter's this past weekend to pick up a bday gift for my grandson's 1st birthday. When I got to the cashier I was having problems with my Carter's card..Sara was who checked me out. I would like to say how patient and courteous she was with me. She could have just let me believe that my transaction was not approved and moved on.
