The heat from the sun has been dramatically decreased, well worth the money. They also replaced my stock Jensen receiver and speakers ( indoor and out) in the back of the van. “Many years ago this company did a quick and well priced replacement of a mirror on my car. This weekend I had a hit and run on my car that took the entire mirror off, as well as causing damage that requires bodywork. Broad Glass referred me to a body work shop (Chambliss) that worked with me to replace the mirror and do the bodywork at a cost way below what I expected. Big plus: I don't have to make an insurance claim - I can afford it out of pocket.I will cannot recommend this company highly enough.”

“i went in for a windshield replacement & they didn't order the glass ahead of time so they had to order it from a different place than originally planned. my wait time was a little bit longer. not too bad though & the price was much better than safelite. i got some schoolwork done while i waited but i will say there was an extremely rude staff member who spent basically the whole 2 hours i was there bitching at everyone in the room. it was appalling how nasty she was so i suggest bringing headphones to block out that negativity:)”

“I had an unbelievably great experience today at Safelite. My rear view mirror had fallen off and I tried to fix it myself yet was not successful. Walked into Safelite, was immediately greeted by the manager and he asked me what I needed. After explaining, he asked to see it. After seeing he explained the options. Then he took my keys and asked that I wait in the waiting room and he would be back shortly. In 15 short minutes he was back and the mirror was reattached. Overall repairs ended up taking less time than anticipated, everyone was really nice, the process was super smooth, and, again, my car looks great. I can't recommend them enough. My insurance recommended Gerber. When I contacted them to schedule an assessment appointment, the woman on the phone was very nice. I received a confirmation text of the appointment time as well as a follow-up / reminder text. During the appointment, Larry discussed everything included in the estimate, described the work to be done in detail: how long the repairs would take, detailed cost, insurance process, etc. Really appreciated the time he took in explaining everything, so that I could make an informed decision. After getting approval from my insurance, the rest of the process was just as easy. Scheduled an appointment, received confirmation text, then confirmation phone call that they'd ordered the necessary parts prior to my appointment, and then a reminder text. After dropping off my car I was provided text updates during the process, including a phone call to notify me of when my car would be repaired, and a text confirming when the car was ready for pick up. They even helped me with my rental; they called the rental company when I first arrived to get a pickup, and they took the rental for return when my car was complete. When I arrived to pick up my car, Larry walked me over to show me the repairs and walk me through what had been done in detail. Really appreciate that level of information. Back inside for check-out, which was fast and easy, and I was on my way! Best of all - my car was in amazing shape. Not only was my car clean on the outside, it was cleaned on the inside driver side - you couldn't tell that anyone else had even been in my car, which means they took care it each time they had to move it. Nothing was left in it (like floor covers or anything) - it was just clean. The outside was spotless; they did a great job washing it. It's driving well, which means they did a great job with the rim replacement, tire balance, etc. The paint job is absolutely perfect - can't even tell there was work done. Really appreciated the great service that I received.”
