“I woke up one morning, and went out to my car for work. Someone had hit and ran my car overnight, without a note or anything. Of course I filed with my insurance, then took it into my own hands to find a reliable, honest body shop. I reached out to a friend who said his family has gone to Unitech his whole life. I decided to try them out. I called them and told them what happened to my Jeep Compass. They then communicated with my insurance and me. I will definitely return, I believe I have found my New Orleans body shop for life! Their prices are fair, work immaculate, and communication was great throughout the whole process. I will definitely be back!”

“Needed a rim replaced and small area of bumper painted/buffed. Very impressed with the service provided by Gerber - my car looks great! Overall repairs ended up taking less time than anticipated, everyone was really nice, the process was super smooth, and, again, my car looks great. I can't recommend them enough. My insurance recommended Gerber. When I contacted them to schedule an assessment appointment, the woman on the phone was very nice. I received a confirmation text of the appointment time as well as a follow-up / reminder text. During the appointment, Larry discussed everything included in the estimate, described the work to be done in detail: how long the repairs would take, detailed cost, insurance process, etc. Really appreciated the time he took in explaining everything, so that I could make an informed decision. After getting approval from my insurance, the rest of the process was just as easy. Scheduled an appointment, received confirmation text, then confirmation phone call that they'd ordered the necessary parts prior to my appointment, and then a reminder text. After dropping off my car I was provided text updates during the process, including a phone call to notify me of when my car would be repaired, and a text confirming when the car was ready for pick up. They even helped me with my rental; they called the rental company when I first arrived to get a pickup, and they took the rental for return when my car was complete. When I arrived to pick up my car, Larry walked me over to show me the repairs and walk me through what had been done in detail. Really appreciate that level of information. Back inside for check-out, which was fast and easy, and I was on my way! Best of all - my car was in amazing shape. Not only was my car clean on the outside, it was cleaned on the inside driver side - you couldn't tell that anyone else had even been in my car, which means they took care it each time they had to move it. Nothing was left in it (like floor covers or anything) - it was just clean. The outside was spotless; they did a great job washing it. It's driving well, which means they did a great job with the rim replacement, tire balance, etc. The paint job is absolutely perfect - can't even tell there was work done. Really appreciated the great service that I received.”

“Everyone in the building were above amazing to me and my wife. I went to Rim Pros to get my rim fixed after I messed it up on theses roads. They couldn't fix it, because of how bad the impact was done. When say the young women coming out the office and helping right away made my day so much better. They treated us with care and went above and beyond for us. They found a Rim, colored it, and given me more information about my tires. The prices were not bad and affordable, and I just wanted to say thanks to all the ladies in the front office yall amazing women.”
