Black people stay away from Lou Rippner Compass Furniture I had damaged furniture that was delivered and asked for a replacement - after Compass Furniture not agreeing to a replacement I asked to come and pick up the furniture. They sent a delivery truck to my home and knew I was not home (we discussed a time that I would be home) they intentionally sent drivers to my home knowing I was not home and then stated "we can not come back out" Also Lou Rippner states on the phone "if this was a black company you wouldn't be harassing them like you are harassing me" Harrassing?? I'm asking for what was entitled to me after spending over 5K on a bedroom set Do better Lou Rippner and Crystal!! You should be ashamed to treat a customer as you did!! “Went in to Mattress Firm already knowing what I wanted to buy, but just wanted to see if it was there in the store to check the firmness I desired. Greeted by Gabrielle, and showed her exactly what I was looking for. She was pleasant, willing to render her professionalism, and showed me another mattress to validate my comfort level. I asked about other mattresses, and she was able to tell me about them, and even pulled out the Sleepy, so I could check the comfort level. She had the mattress I wanted in stock, asked if I needed the box spring, and the rest is history. Took care of my sale, informed me of the delivery date, and had me to review the bill of sale to make sure everything was correct before I left. Excellent customer service!”

“I love my Bevolo lights. I’ve had a gas one on my front porch for 10 years now and I just added two gas lanterns and two electric pendants to my outdoor kitchen. They are timeless pieces that remind me of old New Orleans. Even though I no longer live there, my lights still remind me of home daily. Their customer service is always impeccable even from 2 hours away and during the height of Covid. They helped answer all my questions by phone or email. I highly recommend getting your lights from them if you want good quality, classic lighting.”

I was able to purchase the mattress I wanted which was the Serta brand and he even threw in the last adjustable base for me! This was my first time ever buying a new mattress without a box spring!!! LMAO ? He actually informed me that a lot of companies have upgraded their mattresses so most new ones now don’t come with box springs! He even looked out for me with the delivery fees! I also want to thank the gentleman that delivered my mattress and adjustable base! They were funny and respectful brothers and I truly appreciate that most!
