Most people only leave reviews after a negative encounter, and don't give the full story to the issue. I recently purchased a car from J&J, the car had multiple issues that they were unaware of. I brought the car back with a list of the problems, and with no questions asked they put me in a new vehicle. The process was quick and it took me longer to swap my insurance than it took them to get me in a new car. Overall these are great people to do buisness with and I'll be coming back.”
