“Hi, visited the bank today to open a business account. I was a bit confused because when I entered, it says business accounts to the right.. I went over there, didn't look like anyone was there. So I then went through the other entrance on the left where Abriana quickly greeted me and asked if I needed help. Her big smile immediately gave me comfort. And when I asked that I needed help opening a business account, she said "I can help you with that". We sat down and she informed me that I could also open a business account online as everything is digital now. Then she pulled out a tablet and helped me get started with online application process. It was so nice to meet Adriana and spend that time with her opening my account. She was right, it was a very easy process, but it was really nice to have her there to ask questions to. “This is my favorite Capital One Bank in the area, there is always parking and minimal wait time to see a teller. Also I like the fact that I can sit at one of the tables and review or sort any paperwork on my visit.”
