“My daughter and I had our first ever visit to New Orleans for the Eras Tour! While we were there we got to do some shopping and popped into Pippen Lane! My daughter is 8 and loves all things that sparkle and loves her accessories even more. Pippen Lane had EVERYTHING you could imagine for all sorts of fun occasions; including the Eras Tour! The staff was so friendly and seemed just as excited for us for the Eras Tour as we were! They made our experience feel extra special. As we were checking out I had mentioned that we don't have anything like their shop out by us and they let us know that they have Instagram and the ship!! So excited to be a returning *virtual* customer until we make our way back out to New Orleans!”

“They have a large and unique selection of NOLA gear. There's t-shirts, magnets, stickers, jewelry, etc. My biggest plus was that the shirts were also offered in a women's cut. This is so nice for someone like me who hates how the unisex shirts fit. And they have a bathroom that doubles as a fitting room. ? So a big thank you for my new NOLA shirt! ???”

“Had the Best Experience at Emline
I just had to write about the great experience I had at Emline recently. Right when I walked in, I loved the vibe. It's stylish, but also really comfortable and welcoming. It just felt good to be there and look around.
And the staff? They were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell they really know their stuff, too. They answered all my questions and had some great suggestions, but I never felt pushed to buy anything, which I appreciated.
But the best part was how personal everything felt. The owner actually took the time to show me around and tell me about the different collections. Then—and this was so nice—they autographed a hat for my son. He was so excited!
It's not often you find a place with such cool things and amazing service like that. Emline is a special place, and I'll definitely be back.”
“This is a BEAUTIFUL store with really unique stuff. It’s not cheap. There are different price points available. The staff were very helpful with my purchase and wrapping it, and then literally went out and bought water for my sister when she caught a swoon and had to sit down for awhile. Cool place.”

“Baby One was a huge surprise children's clothing shop in the midst of stores geared towards souvenirs and foods of New Orleans. The selection of baby, toddler, and older kid clothing was amazing. Outfits ranged from the festive Mardi Gras colored t-shirts to the more sophisticated outfits from Bonne Jean. The pricing was very competitive with online stores and it felt good to support a local business with our purchases. The owner was friendly and the store was very inviting. We loved it!”
“Just visited the Gap Outlet inside the Riverwalk Outlet Mall , and was very impressed at the customer service received from Caci, she immediately greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. while I was looking for an item she asked me if I needed a specific size, which she helped me to find. “JCPenney definitely is my favorite department store in any mall; however I must extend praise of outstanding customer service to Cheleatha. Shopping and coordinating something for a special event, right before I checked out I asked for her personal opinion and expertise. She was willing and welcoming to provide stellar customer service. She knew the store, product.knowledge of departments and had care and service with compassion. In the end it wasnt the savings, that made my trip one where I would now choose this store as my home store; it was Cheleatha. Her going above and beyond with a smile, and making customers feel like the store isn't just a store in the area. But its the store you feel is just for you, with customer service being the greatest quality along with good buys. The Westbank is definitely blessed she is the jewel of JCPenneys woman's department.”
