“This is my second banking experience here. The original one was good but I left regions alone bc @ the time they had a weird debit card swipe usage requirement to avoid fees.
Now years later ive returned. I've always liked how clean and professional regions looks with a more open looking bank than some others like chase.
I opened an account with a bonus here with Ms. Blackman after starting the intital process online. Apparently there was a mishap with it that caused me not to get it but after a call with a recommendation to go into the bank. Something EVERY customer hates hearing bc u fear you will get the run around. As a person whose banked all over it's not always a good experience.
I was originally upset with the experience and about to just give up on regions like I did with some others. However I went in anyways ms Stephanie Bennett took care of my problem found the issue and got it corrected. Returning me back to a happy and more enthusiastic client.
Its very rare to just not get a dismissal after an issue like Ive had with Citi (don't get me started) and axos bank. I'm glad I went in and gave regions a chance to fix my problem. Hopefully I'll build more banking rapport with them in the future”
