“Service is great.The location is the worst! It’s a tricky little building to access. Very crowded. You can enter from the service road which is the location and exit on the service road. Once you enter it’s so small and if you happen to try for a closer parking space you have no option but to exit and circle back around on the service road to enter again. Also the through is really inconvenient. I sincerely hope corporate will decide on a better location.”
“I spent many years of my career in the banking industry with national banks. I did continue to bank with them after employment for a total of 30 years. I found that more and more they were loosing touch with their customers but was afraid that leaving a national bank would mean less services. What Heritage has managed to do is they have mastered the personal touch of a small bank but exceptional products and services of a national bank. I have not been this happy with my bank in many years. Go visit my friend and my favorite banker, Lauren, at the Madisonville branch.”
