“inconvenient having only one branch within a 100+ mile radius in a major metropolitan city with dense suburbs. Easily a million people surrounding one small branch. Doesn't help its on a military base. honestly this branch should focus on base and have additional branches for uptown, Metairie, slidell, alot more military service and their families would bank with you. Also why not at least add atms at VA hospitals, vfw's, ww2 museum, you can add convenience, (especially for those with mobility issues) while keeping locations military related and not having to make the investment in brick and mortar facilities. Free for navy federal members whatever fee for others. Banks are already trying out human interactive banking machines. Making robbery, theft, fraud much more difficult. Looking back it sounds fake that depositing an envelope, and telling the atm how much was in it ,good for instant withdrawal was real. Then again personal checks, pumping gas before paying, no cameras or limited grainy black and white vhs recordings. was good enough at one point. when people talked face to face instead of talking to a screen, the withdrawal from actual human interaction has been horrible for society's mental health, errr....sorry OPEN MORE BRANCHES, ATMS ,OR OFF LOCATION TELLER ATMS.”
“What ever happen to them why they got bought out we really like George he really worked with us and helped us out we really going to miss him. These New people added charges for almost a year ago talking about it’s a late fee that was just added up. How we go paying $595 a month for our truck note and then it switch over and it’s now $698 something a month that’s not what the deal was when we set our truck note at. That’s almost $700 a month we can’t afford that.”
